Harrogate Locks install professional wireless intruder alarm systems which involve very little (if any) disruption to your home. Most wireless alarm systems can be installed in less than a day by our highly trained alarm engineers. Wireless burglar alarm system are very useful when access for running alarm cables is restricted – i.e. apartments, shared occupancy buildings etc.
Hardwired Intruder Alarms
We also specialise in very neat installations of hardwired intruder / burglar alarms. We try to conceal every cable where possible utilising cavity walls and roof voids. Unlike most other local companies we will not install cable trunking / conduit unless it is a last resort and agreed with the customer.
Remote Controlled Intruder Alarms

Harrogate Locks are approved by the SSAIB & the local police force. All police response intruder alarm systems / Hold-Up Systems are fitted strictly inline with current EN standards & ACPO standards. We can install new police response systems from the design stage through to 1st fix and 2nd fix and commissioning.
Harrogate Locks also offer competitive take over packages for existing police response alarm systems using our Nsi Gold Monitoring Station. We repair, upgrade and service any existing police response alarm system once a site survey & alarm system take-over service is completed.

We also fit advanced technology detectors in any problematic areas i.e. garages, warehouses or anywhere there has been a history of false alarms.
When we install and maintain our systems we are always vigilant of any possible future false alarm causes like draughty windows or air-con systems activating whilst the alarm is set and this is why our systems have the lowest false alarm rate possible.
